MightyHome Encinitas Roofing provides professional roofing services including repair, replacement, installation, inspection, and maintenance. All services are subject to written estimates and customer approval before work begins.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Service availability may vary based on weather conditions, material availability, and scheduling constraints.
3. Estimates and Pricing
All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided. Prices are subject to change based on material costs and unforeseen conditions discovered during work. We will inform you of any significant changes before proceeding with additional work.
Final pricing may differ from estimates if unexpected damage or structural issues are discovered. You will be notified and must approve any changes before we continue work.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We typically require a deposit before beginning work, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.
Late payments may be subject to additional fees. If payment is not received within 30 days of project completion, we reserve the right to file a mechanics lien on your property.
5. Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind our work with warranties on both materials and workmanship. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your service agreement. Manufacturer warranties apply to all materials used.
Warranties do not cover damage from natural disasters, accidents, or normal wear and tear beyond the specified warranty period. Regular maintenance is required to keep warranties valid.
6. Property Access and Safety
You agree to provide safe access to your property and roof during scheduled work hours. Please ensure pets are secured and vehicles are moved from work areas. We are not responsible for landscaping damage in necessary work zones.
Our team follows all safety regulations and will use appropriate equipment. For your safety, please stay clear of work areas while our crew is on-site.
7. Cancellation and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule services with at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations with less notice may result in forfeiture of deposit. If we must reschedule due to weather or emergencies, we will notify you as soon as possible.
8. Limitation of Liability
MightyHome Encinitas Roofing carries full insurance coverage for all work performed. Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Permits and Regulations
We will obtain necessary permits for your project when required. Permit costs are typically included in your estimate. You are responsible for ensuring any HOA approvals are obtained before work begins.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
